​​Origin of the brand name

Galatia is an ancient Asia Minor, also known as "Anatolia", which is now one of the regions of Turkey. Galatia  is  also  one of the places where the  apostle  Paul preached the gospel of Jesus to Gentiles (other than Jews),  and the book of Galatians  is  where  Paul wrote to the Christians.  5781 is a year from the Jewish calendar. The combination of Galatia  and  5781 is to bring out the message of the unity of Jews and Gentiles in Christ.
