Product Exchange Service can only be applied once for each order and is limited to exchange of sizes. Please EMAIL to GALATIA within 24 hours upon receipt of product(s). INVOICE NUMBER, CUSTOMER'S FULL NAME, CONTACT NUMBER, DELIVERY ADDRESS and EXCHANGE DETAILS should be specified. Customers are to apply exchanges within 7 days of product despatch.
Refund policy is not available
All products are visually inspected by our specialist before despatch. Therefore, apart from changing of sizes, goods sold are not refundable/exchangeable.
The detailed measurements as shown on respective Product Pages are for reference only. Actual sizes may have minimal deviations depending on the design and materials used. Such deviations shall not be an eligible reason for exchange.
The returned product(s) should be unused and unwashed.
Delivery charges incurred in the process of exchange shall be born by customers.
The risks involved in the exchange process, including the loss or damage of the product(s), shall be born by customers .
The returned product(s) shall include all product packaging, as well as tags (where applicable). If the condition of the returned product(s) shall deviate much from its original condition, GALATIA reserves the right in whether accepting such exchange application.
Products on sale are not exchangeable
